Description
Are you an enthusiastic, driven and, above all, Stooere pedagogical employee, with an affinity for guiding children, young people and young adults with intellectual or multiple disabilities and do you not avoid challenging complex cases? Then you are the one we are looking for!
This is what you will do
As a supervisor, you and your colleagues guide participants with intellectual or multiple disabilities during daytime activities and individual guidance. Increasing and/or maintaining self-reliance, prevention of social isolation and, where possible, increasing educational and social skills are the starting points of the guidance. We offer a variety of group guidance and individual guidance every day.
The individual needs and wishes of the participants are central. You coordinate these needs with them and convert them into activities. In addition to the primary processes in the guidance, you and your colleagues are also responsible for keeping track of the progress of the participants, preparing and holding evaluation interviews with participants and parents and actively thinking about and developing new activities.
You have a coaching role within the team, direct the content and play an active role in improving the quality of care within the organization. You have a high degree of self-management, with a lot of freedom for your own input.
If you are looking for more than just a job and want to help build the organization, then this is the place to be!
